Support Furniture Bank through Arizona’s Charitable Tax Credit. Furniture Bank, Inc. is a Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO Code 20138). Tax-credit donations made to Furniture Bank support Homes From Heaven, part of Furniture Bank.
Arizona residents may be eligible for a dollar-for-dollar state tax credit for qualifying donations, subject to current state limits and eligibility rules. You do not need to itemize to claim this credit. Please confirm current limits and requirements with a tax professional.
A tax credit reduces your tax liability dollar for dollar; a deduction reduces the income on which taxes are calculated. The Arizona charitable tax credit is separate from the school tax credit, and eligible donors may be able to claim both. If you itemize your federal return, you may also be eligible for a federal deduction.
